NCPL has grown a multi-fold in the past 10 years with nearly 450 employees already worked and relieved and nearly 70 employees working for the organization with several full times, part time, contract, trainees, interns worked and working in the organization, NCPL feels a systematic employment verification process must be in place for hassle free, flaw less and timely responses to employment verifications for prospective employers, Visa officers and Criminality Check teams.
Here is a step by step procedure to follow
- Check if the employee is in NCPL's blacklist section (view here for list of blacklisted employees) PS: Cases like Intellectually Property Stealing, Code Theft, in-disciplinary activities, Absconding, abnormally relieved are considered blacklisted.
- Only the CEO, Vasu is authorized to do Employment verification/References and nobody else in the company is authorized to do that to avoid any possible fraud. Send a mail to CEO at email@example.com for validating the details.
- Verification is done only in emails with phone followup.Verifications over a phone are not allowed and not entertained.
- Please allow 24-48 hrs to respond to employment verification emails.
Note: Verification's provided by any person in the company other than the CEO are not valid and are not considered legitimate and company will not be responsible for such false verification's.
